There are very few seats on the departure level of T2 and its gets very busy around 3am in the summer. Take the elevator down to arrivals and there are loads of arm rest free benches that have nearly all been vacant at 1.30am when the departure level looks like a refugee camp.

There is also an all night cafe and shop on this level but take an MP3 player to block out the noise of the announcements and night workers.
